"content": "(3)Within a period of three months from the end of the financial year, the Board shall submit to the Auditor-General, or to an auditor appointed under subsection (2), the accounts of the Board. (d) in subclause (4) by deleting the word “Council” appearing immediately after the words “audited accounts of the” and substituting therefor the word “Board”. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, this is a consequential amendment to reflect the name of the board."
