    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 34 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1)- (a) by deleting the word “council” appearing immediately after the words “consultation with the” in the introductory phrase and substituting therefor the word “Board”; (b) by deleting the word “council” appearing immediately after the words “this Act by the” in paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the word “Board” .
