"content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (1) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (e) – (ea) is found to have violated Chapter Six of the Constitution; (b) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (2) therefor– (2A) The ad hoc committee appointed under subsection (2) shall consist of – (a) a public officer serving in the Ministry responsible for matters relating to planning and social development nominated by the Cabinet Secretary; The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
