    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 25 of the Bill be amended – (a) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after clause (2) – (2A) The provisions of section 33 shall apply to the consideration of an application submitted to the county committee under subsection (2). (b) in subsection (6) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (f) – (fa) the promotion of education. Rather than repeat the reasons why those considerations are being made, that is in Section 33. That makes it much clearer."
