    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subsection (2) by deleting the word “thirty” appearing immediately after the words “at least” and substituting therefor the word “twenty one”; (b) in subsection (3) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (g) – (ga) a statement regarding whether any monies have been received with respect to the matter pertaining to the fundraising appeal from any person prior to the date of the proposed fundraising appeal; This is simply for clarity in those particular sub sections."
