    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 29 of the Bill be amended – (a) by numbering the subclause appearing before subclause (2) as subclause (1); (b) in subclause (1) by inserting the words “solicit or” immediately after the words “shall not”. This is a question of renumbering the clauses properly. In sub clause (1) by inserting the words “solicit or” immediately after the words “shall not”.
