    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 48 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by deleting the words “three months” appearing immediately after the words “section 46 within” and substituting therefor the words “thirty days”; The amendment is to simply substitute the word “three months” limit and refers to the provisions in section 46, which makes the standard thirty days apply to this section too."
