    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, you are mandated to deal with some issues under Standing Order No.1, and this is in addition to what my colleague, Sen. Hassan, said. I think that it is about a matter that was debated in the House, which is of public interest and touches some of us very much, that we want to discuss it as a matter of urgency. It is not about the character of the said Senator, whether he is in or not. The issue is about a community, society and individual Senators. We need to have an opportunity and you have the powers, under Standing Order No.1, to allow us to express our comments and let Members contribute to it if they deem fit.
