    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I accept your ruling, but it is about the conduct of business in the House. This is a House that is watched by all Kenyans. The statements that we make in this House can have a significant impact on the lives of the people of this country. So, when statements have been made and this House does not challenge them and it goes on the record of this House, the HANSARD, I think that it is incumbent upon us, as the leaders of this country, to raise these issues and discuss them. I agree with Sen. Hassan that it is not about the specific information that he has to substantiate within 48 hours, which he can bring later. I think that it is important to look at some of the things that are in the HANSARD which ought not to have been allowed by the Speaker of this House at the time the debate was going on."
