    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir. I would like to plead with the able Vice-Chair that what we are just about to introduce will be very cumbersome to implement. This is because you will appreciate that the poor bar owner out there will not have a mechanism to send away people from his place. But the patrons themselves will be able to notice that there is not enough space for them to sit and look for other bars. Let us not introduce this amendment because it will be cumbersome and cause disputes in social places. It is not necessary."
