    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, the initial law which spoke of two days of not selling alcohol cannot impact heavily on the cost to be incurred in security matters if people are drunk during the election period. People should be sober and keen to go and do their dutiful role in elections. So, I find that not very much tenable. Two days is not a very long period if people have businesses to run. I will be opposing that at the appropriate time if the Chair cannot reconsider."
