The county government of that county has been in place for the last two years. I expected it to be engaged immediately because this is a devolved function. Could he clarify further; when he says that Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) money was spent and the National Government Fund has been spent, whether an audit has been done to show how funds have been spent or is there some collusion taking place in the project?"
