    "content": "It is true that the cost of living in this country has been impacted upon negatively by the rising fuel prices. I wish Kenya was that country where the Government, with all our experts, would have been able to predict this situation. As we have exchange reserves to last us four months, we should on the other hand have fuel reserves to last us even one year, so that situations like the one that is prevailing do not arise. If we had such oil reserves in place, we would still be paying for fuel at the cost of last year."
