Kagwe, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by deleting the words “county committee” appearing immediately after the word “the” and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”. This is for the same reason that the previous clauses have been moved to be part of the Bill because of the substitution of the phrase “executive committee member” for “county committee.”"
