Kagwe, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 33 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the words “county committee” appearing immediately after the word “the” and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”; (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the words “county committee” appearing immediately after the words “opinion of the” and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”; and (c) in subclause (3) by deleting the words “county committee” appearing immediately after the words “refusal, the” and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”."
