Kagwe, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 50 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (2) by deleting the words “county committee” appearing immediately after the words “approval of the” and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”; and (b) in subclause (4) by deleting the words “county committee” appearing immediately after the words “the Committee or” appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”."
