    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT clause 2 of the Bill be amended– (a) In the definition of the word “county register” by deleting the word “county committee” appearing immediately after the words “which a” and substituting therefor the words “county executive committee member”; (b) by deleting the definition of the word “county committee”; and (c) by deleting the definition of the word “relevant committee”."
