    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. There are more than five known versions of the English dictionary. It is important for this House and especially for Senators who have not only read the English Language, but also learnt the law to tell us whether they are referring to the term “bloat” or “gloat” as envisaged in the many readings they do in law? Otherwise, in the plain English Language, I just walked in here and made a contribution. I have not gloated or bloated."
