Why is the Minister misleading this House and the nation at large that there is a food crisis in our country and yet we know very well that in Rift Valley food is rotting in stores because the Government cannot afford to pay the farmers? This is the case and yet people are dying in northern Kenya? Is the Minister in order to mislead this House that we have food crisis in Kenya?"
