    "content": "It is therefore proper and desirable that minor alterations be made by the Member who makes the statements in the House or by the Parliamentary staff who prepares the report but only in so far as it is only limited to the construction and grammatical flow of the sentence. The Speaker may also direct that a HANSARD report be corrected or altered for different reasons. The very obvious ones are expletives or hate speeches which escape the attention of the Presiding Officer as uttered at the spur of the moment."
