    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this very important Motion and thank the Mover for bringing this very important issue to the House. We should be dwelling on the issues of how to mitigate the suffering of the citizens of this country. Sometimes I get surprised that we are bringing politics into an issue like this. You see, there is an issue which I need to coin a name for; whenever you see a Luo MP standing, a Kikuyu MP must stand up. So, there is Kikuyu/Luo animosity which we must not bring to this House."
