Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support this amendment with a lot of reservations, because I believe that this particular Act should apply across the board to cover all professions and institutions in Kenya. If we are going to have lacunas or to say that these professional entities have a way of procuring, then we will appear to be sidestepping the Act, as we may wish to favour certain professions. I believe that is not the intention of the Committee. Thank you."
