    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman for the opportunity. It is important to understand that most of the main amendments were mainly Hon. Gumbo’s, hon. Njuguna’s and mine. We sat with the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade and became part of the Committee for two continuous days to harmonise our amendments with theirs. That is why we thought it is important to make some clarifications. I can clarify on the engineer’s estimates."
