Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT,Clause 129 of the Bill be amended in subclause (3) by deleting the words “be a better offer than” and substituting therefor the words “have any price advantages over”. This is basically to make the intentions of that clause clearer. The interest we have is in the pricing. So, we are changing the words."
