    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to support the amendment. If we were to make sure that every contract above Kshs5 billion goes to the Cabinet, this country would not even move. For example, road projects of like 30 kilometres or so will fall in this category. I believe that the projects of the value we are talking about are first approved at the Cabinet level. However, when it comes to implementation, I suggest that the Attorney-General can use various avenues for consultation, but not necessarily to send them over for approval."
