"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. There are two amendments in that particular section. I support the first part but I do not entirely support the second one. This is because I still believe that the Cabinet has a very important role. There is the area of collective responsibility and prudent use of national resources, where all the Ministries are aware of the big projects that are going on. In this particular case we have made the Cabinet Secretary to just inform unlike what we had in the original section of the Bill.
