    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I have no opposition to this amendment. I support it. We agreed with the Chair, but maybe the Chair was running low on sugar because we did it very late. He said he was running short on sugar. Hon. Ogari had proposed that we will put “the methods of computing interest and liquidated and ascertained damages” and the Chair agreed. I would request the Chair of the Committee that we add the term “the methods of computing interest and liquidated and ascertained damages”. That is a contractual term. You cannot just have liquidated damages. It is “liquidated and ascertained damages.” Can I move a further amendment?"
