    "content": "When we say that 30 per cent of the total financial value is going to be for women, the youth and people with disabilities, the message that we are sending to procurement entities is that those contracts of supplying flowers and bush clearing should be forgotten. We should start thinking about serious contracts because by the time you get to the 30 per cent, you would truly have sweated if you went the flower and the bush clearing way. This is going to ensure that women and the youth will not only get the flower contracts, but will also get serious contracts. This will make a big difference. The fact that this is going to be reported in this Parliament to the Sakaja’s Committee on Equalisation, is also very important. This operationalises this perfectly."
