    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have also passed regulations for the NOCK to import 30 per cent of the country’s entire petroleum requirements, so that it can have capacity to enter into long supply contracts with oil producing countries such as Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and others. The whole purpose is to make sure that we move away from this hand and mouth operations, where the price of every cargo is different. We introduced that only three months ago. It will require time for NOCK to have capacity to be able to negotiate those long term contracts for this effect to be felt."
