    "content": "So, there is valuation. What I really want to point out is that this particular amendment was originally part of my Bill and it had been introduced by Hon. AminaAbdalla who is the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources. I just want to give her credit for following it through to this Bill. When we were doing the amendments to this Bill she was actually out of the country but she ensured that she called me to make sure that it still comes in this legislation. So, I just want to laud her for her consistency and persistency in making sure that this is taken care of."
