Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT,clause 168 of the Bill be amended— (a) insubclause (1) by inserting the word “or” appearing immediately after the words “this Act”; (b) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause(1) “(1A) A request for review shall be accompanied by such fees as may be prescribed in the regulations, and such fees shall not be less than ten per cent of the cost of the contract”;"
