    "content": "THAT, Clause 168(1)(a) be further amended by deleting the word “fees” and substituting therefor with the words “refundable deposit” and also deleting the word “fees” appearing between “such” and “shall” and substituting therefor with the words “refundable deposit” so that it reads “ A request for review shall be accompanied by such refundable deposit as may be prescribed in the regulations and such refundable deposits shall not be less than 10 per cent of the cost of the contract.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
