    "content": "Inspection and Acceptance committee 47A. (1) An accounting officer of a procuring entity may establish an ad hoc committee known as the inspection and acceptance committee. (2) The inspection and acceptance committee shall be composed of a chairman and at least two other members appointed by the accounting officer or the head of the procuring entity on the recommendation of the procuring unit.
