    "content": "Thank you, Temporary Deputy Chairman for your gracious indulgence. I just want to point out two things that are significant. The definitions for “youth”, “women” and “people with disability, initially in the earlier Bill, we had defined youth on enterprises as those young people who own 100 per cent of the entity in terms of shareholding. For women, it was a bit lower. But we have agreed to reduce that threshold because we have found out that women have this habit, and I think Hon. Wanga and Hon. Kour will agree with me, of leaving certain shareholding to their husbands, children or donors or rather people supporting their enterprises. So, we have lowered the threshold to 70 per cent. I just wanted to point that out."
