    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to thank all the Members who are present here and even the ones who have left. More so, I want to thank Hon. Gumbo, Hon. Ogari, Hon. Humphrey Njuguna and everybody who took their time to come to the Committee. I also thank the Treasury and the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. We sat down and looked at all the amendments in the Bill and it took us almost four days. Even if this Chamber is not full, we have thoroughly looked at the Bill. I want to thank everybody for participating. I hope we are going to make a law that is going to help this country. If we need any amendments, we can always do so. We have made a very good law. With those few remarks, I thank everybody."
