    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also join my colleagues in thanking the Committee and everybody who has spent hours in putting this law together. It is a law that is going to move this country forward. I especially love the idea of local contractors. We really need to protect our own at this stage. I also laud the aspect of the youth, women and people living with disabilities. This is a law that has looked at the people who have always lived in the peripheries of the communities. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
