This Bill is going to be a game changer for the youth, the women and the marginalised. We have now provided them the opportunities within the law. I am very happy that the economy of this country will grow because we have done the right thing by ensuring that people get procurement opportunities in this country. It is spread in the whole country not only in one region. I want to thank the Members, Hon. Gumbo in particular, Hon. Ogari and Hon. Humphrey Njuguna.
