    "content": "I only remind the Members that this Bill is going to the Senate because it has clauses touching on the counties. Most likely we may have to go on mediation. We are ready because we want to give this country the best. I am very proud. We have done a very good Bill. I want the youth of this country to take note and prepare to take advantages which this Bill will provide them in procurement. Thank you very much everybody.
