    "content": "In view of this, therefore, I will give the following directions, as we proceed to the next Order:- (i) The proposed amendments by hon. Aden Duale and hon. John Mbadi, in respect to Clause 3, will not be considered in the Committee of the whole House. (ii) I will defer the consideration of this Bill to allow for the communication of the Budget and Appropriations Committee to be drafted into amendments to be considered by the Committee of the whole House tomorrow, when the House sits. Thank you, hon. Members."
