In future, in our manufacturing industries, we need to consider bringing in the issue of the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA). What we saw on Kenya Television Network (KTN) to do with metal manufacturing in Mombasa was very disgusting. In the manufacturing of fertilizers, we need to bring in the issue of NEMA going forward. I support the amendment."
