    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I also want to support this amendment. I am happy with the mention of policies that relate to manufacturing, importation and distribution. At the moment, I have noticed that in the distribution of fertilizers, particularly the subsidised fertilizers, there is no clear criterion on how it is distributed to the farmers on the ground in terms of numbers and timing. Recently, we had a problem in my constituency. We got a few bags and within a short time, everything had been cleared. Some farmers had already paid into the account expecting to get the subsidised fertilizer, but they did not get it. There is a lot of demand for this. If we are talking about food security, this is an area that we should support and look into very carefully. I support the amendment."
