    "content": "too many levies that come along the way. Therefore, we should emphasise that free education should be absolutely free. Finally, as much as we have many children attending schools, there is an acute shortage of teachers. It is incumbent upon the Government to come up with a policy of employing enough teachers. When you look at the Budget Policy Statement (BPS) for the coming financial year, the aspect of teacher employment is not captured anywhere. This is something we are sweeping under the carpet but it really affects the quality of education in this country. With those remarks, I support."
