    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Bill. This Bill is important even though what it seeks to achieve is just a tip of the iceberg of the constitutionally envisaged free basic education that should be accessed by our young people. Even after paying the examination fees, the majority of our youngsters in primary schools are not able to transit to secondary schools. It is a pity that we can only help at the tip-end of one’s primary education."
