    "content": "best pupils to join the higher levels, but because we have spent a lot of money even on those who dropped from school, we end up not getting enough money to educate the best brains. A lot of brains are thus wasted on the way. Therefore, I strongly support that we get free basic education from Form One to Form Four, and thereafter parents and the Government can invest in specialized education in higher learning institutions."
