"content": "The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), also has its weaknesses. A case in point is where a child misplaces his or her certificates and then he is told that he can only get a replacement after six months, yet the child is supposed to be reporting somewhere the following day. Is it that they do not have a system that can reproduce certificates? Why do they take that long? The organization there is quite analogue. They still have a lot of paperwork. They should try to update their systems in order to assist people as fast as possible. This is because when you are told to wait for six months to get a certificate, yet there is a job in the offing in the next one month, it becomes very disappointing."
