    "content": "I would like to differ with hon. Wakhungu that we need to look at this from a private and a public perspective. If you are talking about the Kenya National Examinations Council, it should be equal for everybody. We are talking about examinations. There are no examinations for private schools and public schools. We are talking about national examinations for all schools. So, let us make education affordable for every child in Kenya. There is no special child. There are no children of the rich and children of the poor. We are all children of Kenya. We belong to Kenya.
