    "content": "The objective of the short Bill is to ensure that examination fees for the KCPE and the KCSE are abolished. This will go a long way in promoting education in this country. Education cannot be replaced. It cannot be left behind. It is the driver of development in this country. We are what we are because of education. I have been a university lecturer before and I know what it feels to be educated. An educated person is an empowered person."
