    "content": "Members of Parliament do their duty by giving bursaries. In first term we get a lot of requests, because parents want to pay examination fees. I represent a constituency where parents’ purchasing power is very low. We are poor and this will go a long way in helping my constituents. I will be the first one to bring an amendment to ensure that examination fees for Standard Eight and Form Four are paid by the Government. The standard of living for people will improve when examinations fees for these students are paid by the Government. We will be assured that every pupil and student will have access to education."
