    "content": "An examination is the tangible output of an education process and so it is critical. That is why we are saying that examinations should be made free. If we are going to talk about quality education, then we have to address the entire education value chain. Quality must start from Early Childhood Education (ECD), primary up to secondary school, if we are going to talk about basic education. Quality should be at a price that you can afford. You cannot talk about quality of food in Intercontinental Hotel if you cannot afford to taste it. So, it is quality at a price that you can afford. There is need to ensure that the entire system meets the quality standards, if this nation is really keen on going anywhere."
