I am rising on a point of order on a matter that is very serious and happening now in Narok. There was a flood in Narok yesterday evening. Several people have been carried away and several people are still missing. More than 11 people have been found dead. I would wish you allow us as a House, especially Members from that county, to pass our condolences to those families who have been bereaved.
